To Return An Item: Send us an email with your order and reason for wanting a return. You have a period of 2 days from when your package has been delivered to you to issue a return. Unfortunately we cannot process credit and debit card payments at this time, however, we plan to in the near future. Our current payment methods are as follows: • Cash On Delivery (COD) • Bank Deposits/Transfers No financial info is needed for neither of these payment methods. We ensure you that the payment processing is safe and reliable. How will I know if you received my bank deposit/transfer? Proof of payment needs to be provided by you (the customer) via email or WhatsApp (picture/screenshot). Once we (the wholesaler) receive the proof, a notification will be sent stating that your order is being processed for shipping.
