All orders with confirmed payments are processed within the first 24hrs and shipped within 1-2 business days. Our shipping methods are as followed:

Orders shipped via Courier to South Trinidad are only done on Thursdays & Saturdays. Please ensure to place your orders before 11:59pm on Tuesdays. Failure to do so will lead to a significant delay in your delivery.

All Cash On Delivery orders must be fulfilled. Failure to pay for an order will have consequences. There are no cancellations for this payment method!
Please ensure to send us proof of payment if you choose Direct Deposit/Online Bank Transfer. We can only process your order when this is completed. Confirmation that we have received your email or WhatsApp will be provided.
