Refunds and replacements are only given after strict investigation by the manager.
This Return and Refund Policy has been created with the help of Terms Feed.
Damages and Issues
Packages are to be examined upon receipt for any defects, damages or incorrect items. If there are any of these issues with your order you are to contact us within 48hrs from when your package was delivered.
Items can be replaced free of charge once you contact us within the designated time period. The item however, must fall within our terms of replacement.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24hrs without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 24hrs from the time in which You placed the order. The only exception being Cash On Delivery orders for which cancellations are not allowed.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:
We will reimburse You no later than 3 days from the day on which We receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
- The supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
- Only regular priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, products on discount/sale cannot be refunded.
Here lies a list of reasons a product cannot be refunded:
- Damages caused whilst in transit.
- Incorrect order on the part of the customer.
Refunds and Replacements
How long does it take to receive a refund/replacement?
It takes us 24hrs to review your refund/replacement request. Once we approve, you will receive your refund within the next 48hrs and replacements take the usual shipping time (please refer to our shipping policy).
Shipping costs are non-refundable!
Are there any shipping fees I would have to pay?
Yes, you will be required to pay the fee needed to send the item back to us. Every other fee after that will be covered by our company.
Conditions for Replacements
In order for your package to be eligible for a replacement, please make sure that:
- The package was purchased in the last 2 days.
- The package is in the original packaging with the receipt.
- The package has not been tampered with and it appears just as it was manufactured and shipped.
If your package cannot be returned then it also cannot be replaced. If you are unsure if your package is eligible for a return see the section "Non-returnable Items".
